After-Sales Service Policy

At Baid Power Services Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to providing high-quality products and services along with dependable after-sales support. Please review our service policy outlined below:

 

1. Warranty (Only BPS Manufactured Product)

    • Products are covered under a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

    • If a manufacturing defect is identified within the warranty period, we will offer a free repair.

    • Courier/shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

2. Repairs for Non-Warranty Issues

    • Any issues arising from accidental damage, misuse, or improper handling are not covered under the warranty.

    • Such products can be repaired upon request, subject to availability of parts.

    • Repair charges and courier charges will be applicable and borne by the customer.

3. Service Process

    • Customers must contact our support team via [email/phone] before sending any item for service.

    • Products received without prior communication may not be processed.

4. Turnaround Time

    • We aim to resolve service requests within 7–15 business days, depending on the nature of the issue and part availability.

    • Customers will be informed in case of any delays.
