Function

The Series PCBC Multi-purpose battery chargers are specifically designed to efficiently charge batteries within charging stations. To ensure reliable and safe operation, these chargers incorporate a heavy-duty copper double-wound transformer, which effectively steps down the AC supply. Multi-Purpose Battery Charger stepped-down AC power is then rectified using a full wave bridge rectifier, ensuring a smooth and consistent DC output. The charging process is further enhanced by the inclusion of selector switches, which allow users to choose the desired output voltage and current from predefined tables. To facilitate easy monitoring of the charging process, these chargers are equipped with dedicated amps and volt meters, enabling instant measurements and ensuring accurate charging. Furthermore, the chargers feature both input AC and output DC fuses, providing an added layer of protection against electrical faults and overloading.
